Hunger Games 1

I'm really excited to be reading the Hunger Games. The only obstacle that I have come across so far is that the beginning took me a little while to read through. After learning the basics of District 12 and meeting Katniss and Gale, the story began to move faster. The read overall is not bad. I have been enjoying the story line. It is exactly what I have been craving in a book. It has held my attention which is hard to do when my schedule is so busy with school, homework, and volleyball. Another thing that I can smile about is being able to sit and read something other that Flannery O'Connor "short" stories that take hours just to read the first couple of pages. While reading the Hunger Games, I actually want to turn the page instead of turning of my lights to go to bed. : P
